When sending emails/enquiries from your ship, please keep these things in mind

 

(1.) Once you have received our email, please send a line of confirmation and your personal email id (for our records)

(2.) Forward these emails to your personal email id for reference.

(3.) When we send replies to your ship's email id, sometimes we an automated response from AmosConnect Crew that the message cannot be delivered.

Reasons

- Cannot be sent to the vessel because our email address is not in the enquirer's contact list. As additional security against viruses and spam, the AmosConnect Crew system only processes messages from contacts that are in our users' contact list.
SOLUTION - Please ensure you add our email id in your contact list
